Federico Meranda

Federico Meranda was born in Tuscany (IT). He studied piano from an early age, but it was when he started listening to heavy metal as a teenager that he became passionate about the world of keyboards. In 2009, he founded Wind Rose with two other long-standing members, giving rise to what fans call “Dwarf Metal,” a powerful new genre of heavy metal. Over the course of 15 years, the band has achieved worldwide success, releasing six studio albums in total. In 2026, they will be busy touring Europe and playing many rock and metal music festivals across the continent.
